Have you been looking for something that is relatively cheap and simple to make your roofs out of? Here is a little hint. Check your bathroom. If you have a his-and-hers then the answer is most likely in the his bathroom. Surprise! It is cheap toilet paper. With the single ply stuff you can easily create shingles for next to nothing. Just cut the toilet paper into 1/2" strips and use these to make your sections of shingles. Paint each layer as you glue them in place and soon you will have a cheap and easy roof! When you finish one side, just do the same for the other. When you reach the top, you will need to cut a strip to use as a cap strip. Once the roof dries completely, you will just have to cut away the overhang with a safety blade and you will be in business.

As the paint on the tin can dries, you can work on the lid. In the center of the plastic lid, use the craft knife or scissors (if the scissors are strong enough) to carefully cut a slot in it. Be sure that this slot is big enough for both coins and bills.

Select a velvet box with lid and remove the lid. Use a craft knives to cut the four corners of the box. Start at the top and slice down the corner then move to the next corner. When you've cut all four corners the box will lie open and flat. Now it will be easy to insert the items you want to give.

Don't put money into fitted furniture until you're sure you're not willing to sell your home later one. You might like the look of it and have more space but you cannot move it to your new home.

Once there we picked out two huge pumpkins to carve in the classic fashion of pumpkin carving. But I also had my daughter walk the rows of pumpkins to pick out tiny 'baby' pumpkins.
